Graphic/Web Designer

We are looking for a designer with high level skills in creative logo and web design. The ability to design around usability and higher end designs like the ones seen in our gallery.

  • Project creative, design, and implementation.
  • Ability to take a project from beginning to end.
  • Deal directly with clients in the design process.
  • Communicate via email using positive and professional writing skills.
  • Maintain all project files in an organized structure.
  • Detail oriented, organized and can manage time efficiently to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Photoshop organization is a must. All files must have named layers, created with expansion and coding in mind.
  • Full understanding of all Adobe software, strong layout, composition and typography skills are a must.
  • Production skills, ability to prepare files for print and web.
  • Knowledge of current design trends, web trends and technologies.  
  • Flexible while working under deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to work according to the needs of clients and provide them with negotiable solutions in a professional manner.
  • Have the ability to multi-task and work on several projects at once.

Receptionist

Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers.

Marketing Sales Representative

Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.

  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns.
    Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.  
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.

Photographer

This position is responsible for shooting photographs, organizing and coordinating shots with designers, ensuring client specifications are met and completing jobs in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Produces quality pictures by photographing model and still shots in the studio or on location.
  • Maintain photo equipment as needed. This includes communicating defects and taking corrective action in a proactive manner.
  • Operates digital photographic equipment.
  • Translates production requirements and layouts into final image.
  • Organizes and cleans up shooting bay areas and workstations as needed.
    Communicates, supports, and consults with account representative or customer on specification for assignments.
  • Works closely with graphic designers.  
  • Communicates with other photographers to ensure consistent quality and growth.
  • Collect data and proactively identify, communicate and solve issues.
  • Maintains production requirements to meet budget targets, deadlines and customer expectations.
